I fell into retail by accident and spent 20 years working my way up through the ranks. The thing I was best at, and the part I genuinely loved, was coaching, developing people and mentoring teams. Building groups of individuals into something stronger than any one person could be alone. That's what drove my success, and it's what I am naturally good at.
But my passion was never retail. Outside of work, everything I cared about was health, fitness, nutrition and how to make the human body perform at its best. At 38, I combined the two, moved to Thailand and became both a fitness coach and a competitive Muay Thai fighter.
And that last part matters. I don't just talk about health and fitness; I prove it. You can't fake it in the ring. Being a competitive fighter means that everything I coach is tested on myself at the highest level. The training, nutrition and the systems work. Not just for looking good, but for actually being fit, stong and capable. That's the difference.
I'm just a regular person who worked a regular job for 20 years. I don't just get you; I was you. Your body is the only vehicle that takes you from your first breath to your last. It's the most important investment you'll ever make, and it affects every moment you exist.
